I created this space for people who want clarity, integrity, and a more conscious way of living that supports both personal well being and respect for animals and the earth.
How it all began
My journey toward plant based living began after watching the documentary What the Health, which challenged many of the beliefs I had grown up with about food, health, and chronic disease. It encouraged me to question what I had always been told was normal and healthy, and it sparked a deeper curiosity about how lifestyle choices truly affect the body. At first, I was doing my best with the information I had, but over time I refined my understanding of nutrition, daily habits, and what it really means to nourish the body in a supportive and balanced way.
Healing my body
I had lived with psoriasis on and off since elementary school. Throughout the years, I relied on prescribed topical treatments that offered temporary relief but never addressed the deeper cause, and each flare would eventually return. When a particularly severe flare affected more than half of my scalp, I reached a point where I knew I had to look deeper and make more intentional changes. As I refined my nutrition, reduced toxic exposures, and began supporting my body more holistically, my health started to shift in a way it never had before. My skin eventually healed, becoming one of the most powerful turning points in my understanding of how deeply lifestyle choices influence well being. Healing Together
As my own lifestyle evolved, I encouraged my mom to explore a cleaner, more intentional plant based way of eating. Together, we decided to take our healing journey to the next level at the same time. Within just two months of adopting a very clean and nourishing diet, her body responded with remarkable ease, allowing her to step away from multiple medications she had relied on for over twenty five years. Watching her experience reinforced something I had come to believe deeply, the body has an incredible ability to restore balance when supported with proper nourishment, reduced toxins, and conscious care.

Living Intentionally
I have now followed a plant based lifestyle for many years, and over time I have learned how to live far more consciously and purely than when I first began this path. Proper nutrition, balanced vitamins, minimal toxic exposure, and conscious choices became foundational parts of my life, not through rigid rules or extremes, but through understanding how the body functions and what truly supports long term health.
My Mission
A core part of my mission is supporting people who feel burned out, disconnected, or discouraged after stepping away from plant based lifestyle, while also guiding those who are curious and genuinely seeking a healthier, more intentional way of life. I share what I have learned about how the body responds to plant based nourishment, how intentional living can restore balance, and how small consistent choices can create lasting change. At the heart of this work is compassion, not only for ourselves as we learn and grow, but for the animals who deserve to live freely and peacefully, just as deeply as we do.

Pure Plant Life exists as a space devoted to truly non toxic, cruelty free living. I share products and practices that meet a carefully considered standard of purity, safety, and integrity. Every recommendation aligns with the standards I hold for my own body, home, and environment. If something does not meet those standards, it is simply not shared here.
